Our Services

Welcome to Next Level DFW Home Inspections, where we are committed to our customers and only have the buyer’s interest in mind.  My name is Martin Hestrin Jr. and I am the owner of Next Level DFW Home Inspections. We inspect New Homes, Existing Homes, New Construction, and End of Warranty Inspections. My reports are computer generated with digital photos, and they are easy to understand.

Not only will we inspect your home, we will take the time to go over it with you to ensure you are informed about the home you are purchasing.

Everyone knows that home ownership is the American Dream. That dream can quickly become a nightmare for uninformed buyers. Even newly constructed homes can harbor costly mistakes – mistakes that may not be visible to the untrained eye.

Your home is a major investment. KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY….Whether you intend to stay in it forever or plan to move someday, chances are good that you will spend the next several years in your new home.

Why not take the time to get a quality home inspection for your new purchase to ensure you won’t come across any unexpected surprises down the road.

Buying an existing home?

The age of the home has absolutely nothing to do with the condition of the home. The condition of the home depends on the history and previous tenants. Did previous owners let the roof go so long that there were roof leaks? How well did they maintain the HVAC system and how old is it? Does it work properly? What about the water heater? Are the cracks on the exterior walls normal? Is the electrical system safe? Will you need to make repairs immediately? Why should you pay for repairs? These are questions anyone purchasing Real Estate should be asking. KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY!

Buying a Foreclosure?

Many people believe that if they are buying a foreclosure there is no need to pay for an inspection since the bank will not make any repairs and is selling the property as-is. Sometimes they will not even accept an option period for inspections in the contracts. That’s because if something looks too good to be true.
YES, it probably is. First, if the property is being sold as-is it definitely needs some repairs. An inspection will let you know to what extent of the repairs, and sometimes it can make that Great Deal not look so good. Not all foreclosures are bad but they can be very RISKY. Let’s face it, the bank doesn’t know what repairs need to be done to the house and they don’t care. They have already lost money. Be Informed!

Buying a New Home?

Did you know that builders make mistakes? Yes, it happens in all construction. Most of the mistakes are minor and unnoticed, but no matter how large or small they are always concealed. When I inspect a couple-year-old home and find numerous issues, it almost always leads back to the builder. If a builder does something 1000 times wrong, does it make it right? Of corse not, but I find builders that will tell me “we always do it that way.” Well, there is the correct way and then there is the easy/cheap way.

Which way do you want your home built? After all, you’re the one paying for it. Inspect it once. Inspect it right!
